As spring is beginning to show it’s beautiful self in Denmark, the time has come for me to leave the Scandinavian woods and my beloved oak, beech, birch and pine trees for a while.

Today I needed to ground myself for a moment. The last two weeks have been very busy as my plans suddenly changed and I was back on track. For this I am very grateful.

Gratefulness is the theme that occupies my mind these days. I feel so utterly grateful 🙏🏻

This is the happy face of someone who just turned 36 years old.

In these past few weeks nature has really been calling for me. Asking me to come and be present.
